Each cast is a limited-edition artifact, numbered and provenance-certified. We strive to ensure accuracy in descriptions, imagery, and specifications, but minor variations may occur due to individuality granted by our casting process.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in AUD and do not include applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise). Payment is processed securely via Wix Payments, Stripe or approved third-party providers.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Australia and internationally. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to carrier delays or customs. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Where duties and taxes apply, you are responsible for communication and fulfilment with your relevant government agency and any shipping provider.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a clear return policy for damaged or misrepresented items. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including product descriptions, images, and branding—is owned by Primi Gradus and may not be reproduced without permission.
